William Ketcham, AIA and Andrew Pigozzi, AIA from Stantec will give an overview of the 1060 Project which includes Wrigley Field, the adjacent plaza, Cubs office building, hotel, and expanded baseball operations. They will focus on the historic landmark issues, technical forensics and challenges, the sequence of building between baseball seasons, and how winning impacts the schedule.The renovation extends well beyond the friendly confines, and they will discuss how the master plan and collateral development will enhance the greater Wrigleyville neighborhood.
Speakers: Bill Ketcham has practiced architecture in Chicago for over forty years. He has successfully completed a broad range of Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Adaptive Re-use and Preservation projects. Since joining Stantec in 1999, he has been a firm leader in serving clients with award-winning design in the Higher Education, Multi-family Residential, Entertainment, and Cultural markets. Andy Pigozzi has over twenty-five years of experience leading complex projects for commercial education and healthcare organizations. He is an expert in the renovation and adaptive reuse of aging facilities, and large complex projects connecting to existing structures. Andy is interested in building consensus among diverse stakeholders and executing against aggressive project schedules.
