ESPARQ, a development firm interested in conducting architectural contests at a worldwide level, requires a new kind of ‘Urban Tower’ for one of the most beautiful residential zones in Lima. The architecture of this new building should reflect contemporary design tendencies, standing out for the uniqueness of its design, while meshing in with the surrounding San Isidro urban tissue.

The desired residential tower strives to become a new prototype for one of the key residential areas in Lima, Peru. In other words, this project should contribute to San Isidro’s urban profile, while emphasizing the contemporary nature of a twenty-first century building.
