A study is requested for the urbanization of a 10 hectare site in the limits of the Bruxelles Region, bordering the Soignes Forest in the Woluwé-Saint-Pierre Commune. The site will be dedicated mainly for social and medium housing.

The purpose will be to establish an actual state, a context analysis, a programmatic study, and to present a diagnostic. Afterwards the teams will propose three development scenarios for the site, which will be submitted for further evaluation by an expert Committee.
