Wondering where other design-inclined folks are gathering in the Greater L.A. area? Bustler has compiled a snappy list of noteworthy happenings around town that are worth checking out.

NASA Orbit Pavilion | Opening on October 29, recommended by Amelia Taylor-Hochberg
Out of sight, out of mind—we can't see the satellites in our atmosphere, continuously recording data about life on Earth, but for a limited time, we can hear them. This special pavilion from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory tracks 20 different satellites overhead, and creates a "soundscape" to map their movements.
