International Contemporary Artists Exhibition Paris

EWNS Art Project calls for entries to its 2nd Annual International Contemporary Artists Exhibition in Paris.  Artists wishing to submit their work for consideration for the ICAE 2013 please read and follow the guidelines below

• Exhibit Dates:  Fall/Winter 2013   - TBD
• Location:  Gallery / Art Space,  Paris  + Online showcase
• Theme   Artist's choice/ All subject matter will be considered
• Deadline for Submission   December 21,  2012

• Open to all artists from around the world, 18 yrs of age and older.
• Eligible media : Painting, drawing, photography, digital art, sculpture, ceramics, glass, textiles, mixed-media.
• Media not accepted : Giclee prints, video/film and live performance pieces.
• All work must be original, and executed by the artist (preferably made in last two years) No reproductions accepted.
• Digital art must be original artwork that is created exclusively on a computer, and must be signed. Original, limited edition prints of digital art will be permitted, and must be signed and numbered as part of an edition.
• Photographs must be signed and numbered and must be the artist’s original image. Artists are encouraged to identify clearly whether a photographic print is produced digitally or through a traditional photographic process (silver print, Polaroid, dye-transfer, etc.).
• All work must not have been used for any commercial purposes.
• All work must be for sale with price indicated.(keep in mind that EWNS Art Project receives 30 per cent commission of works sold).
• A coherent set of artworks, executed in a contemporary way.
• Resident artists & artists who previously submitted artwork must resubmit.
• Artists must submit a minimum of 3 images per medium that best represents their work and pay a non-refundable entry fee of 30 euros minimum (via PayPal)
• Each artist can participate in multiple categories, with a maximum of 10 pieces/category (to be submitted separately).
• Dimensions & weight: Maximum size limitations 40" in or 100cm in any direction, Maximum weight limitations 110lbs / 50 kg).
• EWNS will not accept items for hanging using saw-tooth hooks or inadequate wiring. All framed works must be properly wired for display.
• Publishers, galleries, agents, and collectors may not submit artwork on behalf of artists.
