For three weeks from June 27th to July 18th, Poketo will call Royal/T it's charming home. The installation of Poketo's first ever pop-up shop will contain many Poketo favorites along with new products to be launched throughout it's residency. The opening day celebration on Saturday, June 27th will jump start the shop with a storewide sale of up to 50% off on select Poketo items. Be one of the first 50 guests to arrive and receive a free gift bag. Attendees are invited to lend a creative hand by contributing to the decor of the pop-up shop with a special artmaking workshop directed by artists James Gulliver Hancock and APAK. Poketo will launch a new collection of wallets, t-shirt, and cafe mug by APAK the day of the event. A new Poketo tee made exclusively for the pop-up shop by James Gulliver Hancock will also be released. A special Japanese inspired "street food" menu will be curated by Poketo for the Royal/T cafe. So come all and come hungry! The summer party will continue on Friday, July 10th as Poketo throws a Karaoke Dance Party at Royal/T. Bring your best moves to the dance floor. Or test your pipes to become the very first Poketo Idol! Riches and fame, not guaranteed. But prizes will be plentiful for participants. The Poketo Karaoke Dance Party is free and open to the public. So let your guilty pleasures shine bright where everyone is a rising star. The Poketo pop-up shop and Royal/T cafe and bar will be open throughout the evening. A new line of Poketo wallets by top Japanese designers, Devil Robots, Wonderful Design Works!, and Motomaho will also be released at the party. No RSVP's required.
