With over 160,000 people in London without permanent accommodation and over 63,000 sleeping each night in the New York City municipal shelter system, how are these global cities tackling homelessness and providing innovative solutions to house those who need it most?
This NYLON Dialogue, thirteenth in the series, brings together city experts, charities and designers who are looking at solutions to see how we might learn from one another and address this growing issue. The live video seminar, taking place simultaneously in both cities, will begin in promptly at 08:30 in New York, with breakfast from 08:00, and in London at 13:30, following lunch from 13:00. This event forms a key part of the NLA International Dialogues programme, which brings together speakers and audiences to foster cross-city dialogue and learning between cities.
