Late Night: In Color at THE PLAYGROUND

Join us for a vibrant evening that explores and celebrates the role of color in our lives and in the built environment. Through an engaging blend of activities, including a Color Confessions Wall and a live performance by the experimental pop collective The North Country, the program invites guests to experience how color shapes the spaces we inhabit and the ways we connect within them.

THE PLAYGROUND, the National Building Museum’s bold and interactive summer installation, transforms the Museum’s Great Hall into a monumental, sculptural landscape inspired by the familiar experience of a public park. Designed for all ages, THE PLAYGROUND encourages movement, exploration, and interaction, creating an immersive environment where play becomes a shared social and cultural experience.
