4th BBIEAF 2012

OPPORTUNITY FOR ARTISTS
The 4th BBIEAF 2012 is a community participative, immersive and developmental art festival "using Art as a Tool for Development," to be held from February 25 to March 10, 2012 in Daet, Philippines.
