Lexington-Fayette New Government Center Building(s) & Parking Garage(s)

The Successful Proposer (SP) shall perform a study of downtown Lexington, Kentucky to determine the most appropriate site(s) for a new LFUCG Government Center. The proposed site, or sites, shall accommodate an approximate 240,000-square-foot office building, or multiple buildings, and 782 stalls of parking in a parking garage or in multiple parking garages.

The SP shall prepare a written Program which shall set forth LFUCG’s objectives, schedule, constraints and criteria, including space requirements and relationships, flexibility, and expandability of the space and program, special equipment, systems and site requirements.

The SP will be responsible for the design of the LFUCG Government Center building(s) (approximately 240,000 GSF) and parking garage(s) (approximately 782 stalls).
