An Evening with Leo Marmol, FAIA--a Marmol Radziner Prefab Talk

A talk by architect Leo Marmol FAIA, principal of award-winning Marmol Radziner Prefab, on the topic of prefab homes, including tips on buying, the prefab process, and its role in the housing market today. Space is limited. Attendees can tour the newly installed eco-friendly Marmol Radziner Prefab home, the Palms residence, the firm’s first in the Los Angeles area. The Palms residence is a unique sustainable 2,800 sq ft home, with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Highlights of the home includes extensive built-in American black walnut cabinetry, a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor sitting room, concrete and timber flooring, Heath Ceramics custom bathroom tiles and custom Marmol Radziner furnishings.
