The Palms residence is a unique sustainable 2,800 sq ft home, with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Highlights of the home includes extensive built-in American black walnut cabinetry, a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor sitting room, concrete and timber flooring, Heath Ceramics custom bathroom tiles and custom Marmol Radziner furnishings.
