On Friday the 13th of June UTS have been kind enough to host the first
Australian GC user group meeting.

So far we will have presentations by student’s from RMIT, UTS and QUT. We
are also looking for presenters from practice/industry to mix into the day.

There will also be a handful of very short tutorials thrown in for good
measure!

The day will run from 9:00am to 6:00pm, we’ll have lunch in UTS’ lovely
café, and then there will be drinks laid on afterwards for a bit of
hobnobbing.

This will be a good chance to meet the other people in Australia using GC.
For people who have jobs to give to meet people to fill them (and vice
versa), and for student’s meet the people who they will be meeting in the
‘real world’ in a couple of years time.

Come along, it’ll be very interesting!
