What do the labels mean, and who is really green? Learn the basics of the systems and good building practice in this simulated charrette of two different buildings: an existing multifamily building and a new commercial building. Her recent projects include: acting as the project manager on the first LEED EBv3.0 multi-family Gold certification project. Erica Brabon is the Pipeline Manager of Existing Buildings for Steven Winter Associates, Inc., with specific experience in energy efficiency in multifamily and commercial buildings, LEED certification, sustainable business practices, training in energy efficiency practices, environmental footprint reduction and environmental health and science.
