Design Miami/ is the global forum for collecting, exhibiting, discussing and creating design. With week-long annual shows presented concurrently with the Art Basel fairs in Miami, Florida and Basel, Switzerland, Design Miami/ brings together the world’s most influential dealers, designers, collectors, curators and critics to celebrate the best in design.
Design Miami/ Basel 2008 will take place in the Markthalle Basel, the third largest dome in Europe, and feature installations by 28 of the world’s leading historical and contemporary design galleries. This year’s program will include 2 major Design Talks and an expanded Designer of the Future Award.
