REASON AND VISION
EnBW and Stuttgart: This is a grown relationship that has its roots in industrial modernity. Both partners have changed rapidly in recent years. Industry 4.0, immigration and growth, digitization and the energy transition are just a few impulses for change, which both the city and the company have to face. Time for the relationship to enter a new phase! This opens up a unique opportunity. Because the change in the company does not only take place in its strategic changes in the business units, in its plants, fleets and in the minds of its employees. It has very concrete implications for the further development of the EnBW locations in the city - including the Stöckach.

PROCEDURE
The procedure will be carried out as a two-phase open realization competition in accordance with RPW. Entitled to participate in the competition are teams of architects and / or urban planners together with landscape architects.

PRIZE
Totaling 350,000 € plus value-added tax will be awarded. € 110,000 of this amount will be awarded in the form of prizes and recognition fees and € 240,000 in the form of fees for participants of the second phase.
