“think out of the box” … open call for your impulse

CODIC throws down its „think out of the box“ challenge – let us have your impulse and your vision towards the right balance for people in their work sphere.

The development of a new cutting-edge project at the entrance of Düsseldorf’s Media Harbour is about to start. Situated between CODIC’s very own design, the office-campus MIZAL, and the adjacent QVC-Studios, the new site is 10,500 m2 in size and is waiting for your input as visionaries, pioneers, conceptionalists, planners or designers, capable of developing work and living space in keeping with the technical givens of the present as well as the upcoming challenges of the future, and always focused on the individual in their environment.

In order to assemble the best team for the conception, planning and implementation of this project, CODIC is going to:

• give creative people the chance, through their impulse, to draw attention to themselves – quite independently of their previous experience, their background, their reputation, or the size of their office. 
•  meet with a choice of teams, to get to know them personally and identify the right ones for the challenge. 
• get you working together in about 5 offices, looking for initial concepts and ideas. The objective of this phase is finding the right team to conceptualise and plan the project. 

The Dream Team needs high levels of enthusiasm and passion, but also the stamina to get things done to realise the project. Your working together on this challenge will show your mutual understanding of and cooperation with each other so that the follow-on planning time leads to a fantastic result.
