The Sustainable Cabin International Contest

The Sustainable Cabin serves as an experimental research station in sustainable design and living. A way to explore alternative lifestyles in a more human scale. We want to foment diversity and originality. 

The possibilities generated by the increase of home-office in the next years will make alternative lifestyles proliferate. Architecture and design must provide new answers.  The Sustainable Cabin competition is open until August 26, 2021, with winners of the 1200 USD prize fund to be announced on September 13, 2021.

About IAC

IAC is a association whose aim is to promote architectural competitions amongst young designers – no matter if graduates or students or hobbyist . Frist IAC wants to propel research about design, by periodically suggesting tangible issues on Architecture and City planning. By so IAC wants to provoke reflections about physical places for human activities that everyday are becoming more and more unpredictable and dynamic. 

Second we want to endorse young designers’ creativity and talent by granting the best of them adequate prizes and good exposure amongst paper and web platforms. IAC wishes to revamp a design culture to pragmatically answer the issues on human action and territory comsumption. We wish many and different designers will join us in this challenge.
