AR Future Projects awards 2025

Launched in 2002, these awards are a window into tomorrow’s cities, celebrating excellence in unbuilt and incomplete projects, and the potential for positive contribution to communities, neighbourhoods and urban landscapes around the world.

The following 13 enterable categories will be reviewed by an international judging panel, who will choose one winner per category as well as an overall winner:

• Commercial mixed-use
• Cultural regeneration
• Education
• Health *NEW*
• Hotels and leisure
• Housing
• Infrastructure
• New and old
• Offices
• Regeneration and masterplanning
• Retail
• Tall buildings

2024's Future Project winner was Tårnkvartalet in Norway, designed by Haptic Architects and PIR2. Could your project be 2025's?

Plus, there are a further three prizes to be won:

• Student prize
• Sustainable research and design prize
• Competition entry prize
