Green 360: Lofts Towers, Cerros de Camacho

The real estate developers’ interest in organizing an International Architecture Competition lies in the need to create an innovative concept as an alternative to the typical apartment buildings, at one of the most privileged sceneries in Lima (Peruvian Capital), at the mountains of the Camacho urbanization, by the Golf Course “Los Inkas”, in the district of Santiago de Surco.

The project consists about developing two tower models, one typical and another one at the corner, on a sloping ground, considering an existent spatial, urban and real estate proposal. The “Green 360” Project consists in developing 4 “loft” apartments in each building, designed to enjoy the exclusive view of the “Los Inkas Golf Club”, the city of Lima and the Pacific Ocean on a clear day. The towers should project a contemporary image, actual and front line, destined not only for the district in which it is to be built, but also for the global village.
