We would like to remind you that submission deadline is on February 8th, 2011(Tue), 23:59, Central European Time and encourage you to submit your entries.

Devised by OMA New York Director and programme’s juror, Shohei Shigematsu, the first competition URBAN BORDERS challenges contestants to rethink one of the most fundamental borders - THE GROUND PLANE. Detailed information and the registration: www.think-space.org

Think Space is.a cycle of concept degree architectural competitions, a platform for spatial experimentation and exchange of conceptual ideas and a network of progressive thinkers, beyond cultural, geographic or institutional borders.
For this year’s annual cycle, the guest curator - Ms Eva Franch i Gilabert, director of the Storefront for Art and Architecture, New York prepared the annual theme all four competitions - BORDERS.

We are pleased to announce the guest curator in the forthcoming cycle Ms Eva Franch Gilabert, director of the Storefront for Art and Architecture, New York and the first juror Mr Shohei Shigematsu of OMA New York, both gave short interviews on the official THINK SPACE web site: http://www.think-space.org/ . We hope they may give you an insight on the way they “think space” and encourage you for further exploration of architectural thought.
