M.ART 2013: Market for Arts and Crafts

Second edition of this competition organized by Opengap, focused on redefining the concept of the "market" as a commercial space, reinforcing the value of handwork and  promoting direct contact between the artist/craftsman and the client.

This is a call for proposals for a contemporary vision of urban markets, adequate to current way of life, without losing its traditional, social, historical and cultural essence.

This competition is open to all architects, designers, architecture students and to people around the world interested in the topic. Competitors could subscribe individually or as a team of maximum of 5 people.

The proposal submission consists of two digital panels in .jpg format, not bigger than 4MB each.
