The big idea. What is your unique, inspiring and innovative solution for Mr. Santa Claus’ logistics center?

As a responsible constructor and investor Mr. Santa Claus wants to revitalize the area that is mostly known for its huge parking lots, unattractive industrial buildings, fences and CCTV cameras. We can no longer spread cities and build warehouses in the middle of nowhere. Mr. Santa wants to set an example by densifying the existing area and make it attractive to all kinds of uses.

We are looking for proposals that make the most out of the concept of a logistics center and turns it into a fascinating solution that considers the architectural values. It can be a comprehensive solution or it can be a single innovative technical solution.
