This competition challenges architects, designers, and visionaries to conceptualize a rejuvenation center at the iconic Vladimir Ilyich Lenin Nuclear Power Plant. Objective

Design a rejuvenation center that:

• Harmonizes with the site's haunting beauty.
• Promotes healing, education, and sustainability.
• Balances post-apocalyptic elements with architectural elegance.

Explore the intersection of cultural remembrance, sustainability, and future innovation.

Site

The site is located in the exclusion zone around the Vladimir Ilyich Lenin Nuclear Power Plant, offering:

• A unique backdrop of decayed industrial structures.
• A narrative tied to resilience and renewal.

Participants should honor the site’s historical significance while proposing a design that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

Constraints

• Designs should not exceed a built-up area of 5,000 sqm.
• Use sustainable building technologies and materials.
• Ensure designs prioritize safety and accessibility for users.
• Proposals must respect the site's environmental sensitivity and cultural importance.

Submission Requirements

1. 1 x A1 Sheet: High-quality PDF (min 150dpi, max 20MB) explaining your value proposition or design.
2. Optional Video: 1–2 minutes, detailing the concept (optional but recommended).
3. Teams: 1–3 members per team. Multiple registrations allowed.
4. File Naming: PDF as team-.pdf and video as team- | Seek Fanatic Competition #seekfanatic.
5. Hosting: Upload PDFs to public-accessible platforms (Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive). Videos to be “Unlisted” on YouTube.
6. Plagiarism-Free: Original content only (collages and human cutouts allowed).
7. Anonymity: Submissions must not reveal participant identity.
8. Logo Usage: Include the Seek Fanatic logo in the video for 3 seconds. Download Logo
9. Registration: Complete via Seek Fanatic.
10. Team Number: Provided after registration payment.
