Seattle Architecture Foundation 2020 Model Exhibit

Exhibit runs August 12 – December 12, 2020 and will be available to be viewed online, and in person via window display or by appointment

Architecture is often presented as a finished product, but each body of work has a life of its own, changing overtime and affecting the surrounding context in unexpected ways. Iterations celebrates the germination of a design and how it’s nurtured over time through the exploration of writing, drawing, model and material studies. Iterations examines the dynamics of the design process, demonstrates how it leads to a final concept, and illustrates how a completed project affects the ongoing evolution of the built environment.
