Habitat '67: The Shape of Things to Come

As part of the opening of the exhibition, the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM) will host a free Moshe Safdie lecture on May 31st, 2017, 5:30 pm, at the Salle Pierre-Mercure of Centre Pierre-Péladeau - 300, de Maisonneuve E., Montreal. Mandatory registration.
The conference will be followed by the exhibition opening (by invitation only) at 7 pm, at the Centre de design de l'UQAM - 1440, Sanguinet Street.
This exhibition celebrates Habitat 67, the revolutionary housing complex designed by architect Moshe Safdie. The show also presents a series of subsequent projects designed by the architect and directly inspired by Habitat 67.
