THE AGIP GAS STATION — Symbol of Postwar Mobility

The standard 1950s Agip gas stationis not only a prime example of a type of industrial architecturehitherto neglected in research, it is, equipped with bar and Tabacchi, also a symbol of the Italian economic boom and an expression of the increasing mobility and modernization of an entire nation.
