AFTERTASTE: Moving In

Parsons The New School for Design presents AFTERTASTE: Moving In, the fourth annual international symposium on interior design. The event will explore the ideas, skills, areas of specialist knowledge that are moving in to expand interior design practice through a set of panels and presentations by leaders in the field. Presenters include Dutch textile designer Claudy Jongstra, who will give the keynote address, as well as Margit Geist, Alexa Griffith Winton, Robin Guenther, Kitty Hawks, Melanie Ide, Alexander Kitnick, David Lewis, Paul Makovsky, Joanna Merwood, Jonsara Ruth, Susan Szenasy, Cameron Tonkinwise, Alex Wilson, Jonathan Wybar, Susan Yelavich, Christina Zeidler, and Alfred Zollinger. AFTERTASTE was launched four years ago as a platform for developing the curriculum for the MFA Interior Design program at Parsons, which is now in its first year.
