Design and Construction: Hand and Mind, the work of Rockhill & Associates

DOM Showrooms/Valcucine, in conjunction with the Center for Architecture and The Architect's Newspaper, present a lecture by Dan Rockhill, J L Constant Distinguished Professor of Architecture at the University of Kansas and Executive Director of Studio 804, a design/build graduate program. Both the work with his firm, Rockhill and Associates, and with his students, Studio 804, have gained international acclaim and numerous awards for their rich mix of sustainable design solutions without compromise to a rigorous design agenda. The evening social begins at 6pm and the presentation by Rockhill at 7pm. A reception will follow with a chance to speak with Rockhill. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
