Discussion topics include best practices for marketing technical knowledge, industry case studies, and proven strategies for improving knowledge sharing in your organization. He will also tell the story of how he leveraged social media tools to build his tribe, KA Connect, which enables AEC professionals to share best practices for knowledge management and organizational learning.
