Two Sessions: 11 AM - 1 PM or 2 - 4 PM Explore the Center for Architecture's exciting new exhibition on design innovation in Indian cities: Jugaad Urbanism. The objects and designs on display are local, resourceful solutions ("jugaad" designs in the Hindi language) to some of the problems facing India's urban areas. Inspired by ideas from this exhibition, families will create their own "jugaad" solutions for improving city life. Pre-registration required. Your registration includes acceptance of our photo release and consent policy. Family Day Programs are designed for children ages 5 – 13 years old, accompanied by an adult. Admission is $20/family of 4; $10 for Center for Architecture Foundation Dual/Family Members; additional guests accompanying a Family Admission are $5 each. Programs take place at the Center for Architecture, 536 LaGuardia Place, between Bleecker and West 3rd Streets in Greenwich Village, unless otherwise noted.
