Since establishing his architectural practice in New York City in 1977, Mr. Gluckman has closely aligned his work with the world of art and design, creating distinctive spaces for numerous art galleries and museums, and developing installations with contemporary artists. Notable projects include Philadelphia Museum of Art’s Perelman Building (2007); the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (2007); the Museo Picasso Malaga (2004); the Mori Arts Center (2003); the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum (1997); the renovation of the Whitney Museum of American Art (1995-1998); and The Andy Warhol Museum (1994). Mr. Gluckman will speak on his firm’s recent work, including the proposed Contemporary Art Museum of the Presidio.
