Screening and Discussion with artist Matthew Buckingham

"Muhheakantuck – Everything Has a Name" will be screened and artist Matthew Buckingham will be present to speak on his film and related artwork. The film installation and mapping project explores the history and territory of the Hudson River Valley at the “prolonged moment” of contact between Europe and Native America, comparing and contrasting techniques of cartography and narrative.
