Zaha Hadid, described as ‘The First Great Female Architect’ by the Economist, has fashioned a new identity for UK architecture. Here in conversation with Tim Marlow, Director of White Cube and BBC Channel Five Presenter, she discusses her approach and views on modern UK creativity — in all its forms — and how other creative activities have impacted and developed her own practice. Zaha Hadid is the 2008 Patron of the British Creative Exchange and this the inaugural event will be opened by Jeremy Hunt, Shadow Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.
