On Tuesday, November 19th, at 5:30 PM, in the Auditorium Hall of the National Museum of Romanian Art in Bucharest, Mazzocchioo.Talks will present its 10th conference, featuring Chilean architects Cecilia Puga and Smiljan Radić as guest speakers. We are honored to host these distinguished architects, known for their rich and personal approaches to architecture. Each has developed an impressive body of work where theory, practice, and experience infuse built projects with atmosphere and character.

The conference will be complemented by the exhibition Echoes of Landscape, showcasing drawings of the houses of Smiljan Radić and Cecilia Puga by Mazzocchioo studio students from the 2nd year at UAUIM. Additionally, we will launch the 10th issue of Mazzocchioo magazine, Fortuitous Encounters, which includes in-depth interviews with Smiljan Radić, Cecilia Puga, and Rodrigo Pérez de Arce, offering readers an exclusive preview of the themes and ideas to be explored during the event.

This cultural project is organized by Mazzocchioo with the support of the Bucharest branch of the Romanian Order of Architects and is financed by the Romanian Order of Architects through the Architecture Stamp Funding Session.

The concept behind Mazzocchioo.Talks embraces the idea that each conference develops its own unique character, shaped by the interaction between two guest speakers whose perspectives intersect to reveal an emergent theme. Each autumn, the event is complemented by a compact publication featuring interviews, adding further depth to the discussion.
