DAM Preis 2018 finalists selected for exceptional German architecture

Among the top 25 shortlisted in the DAM Preis exhibition, the winning project goes to Wohnanlage WagnisART, located in Munich, by ARGE bogevischs buero and SHAG Schindler Hable Architekten. This housing cooperative boasts 140 different subsidized apartments within its five passive housing clusters.

With the aim of counteracting isolation in a major city, WagnisART brings its inhabitants together in a creative, active and international community. The co-op's name comes from a former artist's colony that was previously located on the site and reflects the immediate proximity to over 100 artist studios in the DomagAteliers.
