The sixth edition of the Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) has been announced in Los Angeles. The winners were selected from an international pool of applicants by a 73-member jury panel which included Lipton Plant founder Jonathan Plant, Keith Williams, and Pusan National University professor Lawrence Kim.

The prize celebrates firms, projects, photographers, and commercial products in both professional and student categories. This year’s winners include a diverse body of works that is both innovative and of extraordinarily high quality, according to the jury’s report.

“We were blown away by the quality of AMP entries this year,” AMP’s head of communications David Tera said in a statement. “The AMP jurors were pleased to see how many of the projects emphasized sustainability, offering solutions to our ever-changing world and environmental challenges, proving that innovative design goes beyond aesthetics.”

In total, nine winners were named across the four main categories, in addition to twenty “Best of the Best” winners who will also be included in AMP’s annual Book of Architecture.
