Frank Lloyd Wright Garden Symposium: His Southern California Work and Legacy | April 13, Los Angeles
And while you're in SoCal for Coachella, all you Frank Lloyd Wright stans can take a quick trip to LA for a special symposium hosted by the Garden Conservancy to "examine how Frank Lloyd Wright and other early twentieth-century architects responded to the Southern California landscape and climate and how they invite us to think about contemporary issues in gardening."

SAH Annual International Conference | April 17–21, Albuquerque
The Society of Architectural Historians will gather in New Mexico for an "immersive conference experience that includes paper sessions, events at off-site venues, and guided architecture tours in and around the city."

Bio-Spaces: Regenerative, Resilient Futures | April 19 – September 30, London
London's Roca Gallery is set to open a new experiential, multi-sensory exhibition that celebrates a more nature-based approach to design. "Bio-Spaces will plunge the visitor into the world of biophilic design, exploring biodiversity and biomimicry in design, as well as biomorphic design, bio-based materials, and bioregenerative design."

Boston Design Week | April 23 – May 5, Boston
The 11th edition of the annual Boston Design Week festival boasts more than 70 events throughout the city and surrounding areas under the theme 'Designing for the Future / Preserving for the Future.'

In New York City, meanwhile, MoMA's Department of Architecture and Design recently launched the new show Crafting Modernity, which "retraces the development of modernism in Latin America from the pre-war outset to its critical demise as the movement in the early 1980s."
