2013 AIA New York Chapter Design Awards: Projects Winners

In our previous posts, we have published the winners of the 2013 AIA New York Chapter Design Awards in the categories Architecture and Interiors. Here are now the eight award winners in the Projects category selected by the jurors Michelle Addington, Marlon Blackwell, FAIA, and Eric Höweler, AIA, LEEP AP.

Submitted projects had to be completed by architects/designers practicing in New York, or be New York projects designed by architects/designers based elsewhere.

All winning work will be exhibited in the Design Awards exhibition at the Center for Architecture beginning April 18, with an opening reception from 6-8pm. The exhibition will remain on view through May 31. Exhibition design by Kokoro & Moi.

One more Projects Merit Award was given to 53rd Street Library, New York Public Library by TEN Arquitectos.
