INTRODUCTION

Archiol Competitions invites talented architects, designers, and visualization artists to participate in the "Infinite Realities - Rendering Challenge 2024." This competition aims to push the boundaries of architectural visualization and explore the infinite possibilities that digital rendering offers. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity, technical skills, and innovative approaches to visual storytelling.

OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of the Infinite Realities Rendering Challenge is to challenge participants to envision and render architectural spaces that transcend conventional boundaries. Participants should strive to create immersive and captivating visualizations that evoke emotions, tell compelling stories, and explore the fusion of the physical and virtual realms. The competition encourages participants to experiment with unconventional design elements and imaginative narratives that redefine the concept of reality in architecture.


RENDERING GUIDELINES

Theme: "Infinite Realities"

  • Participants are required to interpret and represent the theme "Infinite Realities" in their architectural renderings. This could involve exploring alternate dimensions, blending reality with virtual elements, or pushing the limits of spatial perception.

Material Emphasis:

  • The emphasis of the competition should be on materials, with a focus on demonstrating their visual and functional qualities.

Innovation and Creativity:

  • Participants are encouraged to push the boundaries of traditional rendering techniques and experiment with innovative approaches.

  • The use of cutting-edge software and technology is welcome.

Originality:

  • All entries must be the original work of the participants or teams.

Presentation:

  • Clear, concise, and compelling communication of the design concept is essential.

AWARDS

  • Top 3: Certificate + Interview + Publication + score card with inputs

  • Honourable mention: Certificate + Publication.

  • Shortlisted: Certificate.

TIMELINE

  • Competition Announcement: 16th February 2024

  • Registration Opens: 16th February 2024

  • Registration Deadline: 7th September 2024

  • Submission Deadline: 21th September 2024

  • Winners Announcement: 18th December 2024

REGISTRATION FEES

A fixed fee of $2 (international) / ₹150 (Indian)


JURY 

We collaborate with leading architects, designers, and academicians of international repute to participate as jury members in our competitions.


EIGIBILITY

The competition is open to architects, designers, artists, and creative thinkers from around the world. Participants can enter as individuals or in teams (max. 4 members in one team).
