NOT A HOTEL design competition 2024 : a test of skill

A competition aimed at architects and creators under the age of 40, with a view to realizing and selling their designs.

The next NOT A HOTEL will be designed by you.

The setting is Kitakaruizawa 

Located 95 minutes from the city center, this 67,000m2 forest spreads out at the foot of Mt. Asama, away from the hustle and bustle . 

In the summer, it becomes a summer resort where you can enjoy BBQs and other activities, and in the winter, you can immerse yourself in a world of silvery white and gather around a fire. This unexplored highland is a place where time flows quietly and you will never tire of visiting.

The winning entry will be featured in the next NOT A HOTEL
