2025 Vega Digital Awards

The Vega Digital Awards recognizes and celebrates excellence in websites, video, mobile, social media, animation, marketing, and podcasts—both locally and internationally. Vega honors the finest work produced by the world’s digital architects and craftsmen. As the competition emphasizes excellence, it does not matter whether submissions come from firms or individuals, professionals or enthusiasts, veterans or novices; what truly matters is the work itself, where details, innovation, creativity, and foresight shine the brightest.

Categories:

The Vega Digital Awards competition is conducted in 1000+ categories. Work may be entered into more than one category and will be separately evaluated separately in each. All multiple category entries are evaluated accordingly and are eligible for honors. 

Eligibility:

The Vega Awards is open to all digital media companies and organizations, regardless of size, from sole proprietors on up – and from everywhere on the globe.Digital works and projects, which include advertising, design, interactive content, mobile apps, web design/development, and audio/video productions are accepted.

Submission Requirement:

Entry Brief: It is recommended that you keep your synopsis to approximately 350 words. The brief should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the jury a better understanding of your project. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

 Image Submission: The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

Video / Audio Submission: Entries with audio/video must be submitted with a direct URL that will take judges directly to the work: Upload video/audio to Vimeo/YouTube/Youku. Paste the URL link into the URL field.

2025 Entry Deadline & Fees:

Early Bird: Nov 22 – Dec 20, 2024 (Single - $130, Campaign - $195)

Regular: Dec 21, 2024 – Jan 24, 2025 (Single - $140, Campaign - $205)

Final: Jan 25 – Feb 20, 2025 (Single - $160, Campaign - $215)

Final Extension: Feb 21 – Mar 19, 2025 (Single - $180, Campaign - $225)

Winning Level:

There are THREE (3) levels of achievement in the competition:

 PLATINUM (Canopus) : 85-100 points

GOLD (Centauri) : 70-84 points

SILVER (Arcturus) : 50-69 points

Judging:

Judging is blind. All entrant information is removed from entries to prevent bias/conflict of interest.

Vega judges are stars in their own right – experienced, senior-level digital media professionals drawn from many nations. Judges are chosen based on their experience, credibility, and availability.

Judges score on a scale of 1-100, based on the below criteria:

Innovation / Creativity 

Visual Design / Quality of Craft 

Impact / Reach / Engagement 

Execution / Technical Execution 

Structure & Navigation / Functionality / Interactivity 

Overall Experience 

The Vega Digital Awards and International Awards Associate Inc's decision and ranking is final in its sole discretion and binding relation to all matters relating to competitions and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.
 

Results Announcement:

All winners for 2025 will be announced on May 23, 2025 via Vega Digital Awards official page. All registered participants can then login to see the winning works.

Prizes:

The Top Agencies of the Year will receive a Signature Vega Statuette to be displayed at your establishment as a quality of excellence.

Top Agencies of the Year – Winner’s Banner to be featured on category page and link to website for 30 days for maximum exposure.

Winner Interview – All winners will get a chance for an interview to recognize the winning team that contributed to the project.

Marketing Tools – A professionally-designed icon, badge, site bug, press release templates, and email signature to celebrate your win.

Winners of all winning levels will be featured on the Vega Digital Awards Winners Section.

Top Agencies of the Year, Platinum and Gold Winners will be featured by Vega on social media or on Muse.World, our media partner site to maximize exposure.

A complimentary professionally-designed certificate to commemorate winning entry submissions that includes entry title, entrant company and/or winner’s name, and award category. A decal will be customized to indicate the winning level.

An e-Certificate to commemorate your win, can be downloaded. Details such as Entry Title, Entrant Company and Categories will be displayed on the e-Certificate.

Platinum, Gold, and Silver winners will be given the choice to purchase limited-edition statuettes and/or additional award certificates while stocks last.

A press release template will be available for all winning levels to download and modified to be sent to major industry outlets for marketing and promotions, celebrating your win.
