Categories:

The NY Digital Awards: Season 2 introduces categories that celebrate excellence in digital creativity across design, development, content creation, and user experience. From web and app design to social media, digital marketing, eCommerce, and emerging technologies, these categories honor agencies, creators, and innovators shaping the future of the digital landscape.

Eligibility:

The NY Digital Awards accepts entries from digital media entities of all sizes and types, from individual entrepreneurs to large-scale organizations, and from every corner of the globe, truly celebrating the diversity and breadth of the digital world.

A wide array of digital creations is accepted, including comprehensive web design and development, and captivating audio/video productions, cutting-edge mobile applications, innovative advertising campaigns, creative designs, and engaging interactive content.

Submission Requirements:

 It is recommended that you keep your synopsis to approximately 350 words. The brief should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the jury a better understanding of your project. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

Image Submission: The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

Audio / Video Submission: Entries with audio / video must be submitted with a direct URL that will take judges directly to the work: Upload audio / video to Vimeo / YouTube / Youku. Paste the URL link into the URL field.

Early Bird: May 15 - Jun 17, 2026 - Professional ($130) / Student ($60) Individual Achievement: $295

Regular: Jun 18 - Jul 15, 2026 - Professional ($140) / Student ($70) Individual Achievement: $355

Final: Jul 16 - Aug 19, 2026 - Professional ($160) / Student ($80) Individual Achievement: $395

Final Extension: Aug 20 - Sep 16, 2026 - Professional ($180) / Student ($90) Individual Achievement: $415

Winning Level:

There are TWO (2) levels of achievement in the competition:

 Gold Winner (85 – 100 points)

Silver Winner (60 – 84 points)

Judging:

Judges at the NY Digital Awards are experts in the realm of digital media, boasting extensive experience and standing in the industry. Drawn from a global list of professionals, each jury is selected for their expertise, integrity, and dedication.

 The judging process is conducted with utmost fairness and objectivity. To ensure impartiality, all entries are anonymous, removing any relevant entrant information to prevent bias or conflicts of interest. Each submission is evaluated on a 1-100 scale, with judges focusing on a specific set of criteria tailored to each main category. These criteria encompass key aspects such as:

Evaluation Criteria:

Submissions are judged at random without being compared to other entries within the same categories. Our judges will score on a scale of 1-100 based on:

• Innovation and Creativity: The originality of the concept and the creative approach to digital design and user experience.
• Content Quality: The relevance, accuracy, and quality of the content presented, including text, images, audio, and video.
• Visual Design: The aesthetic appeal of the project, including layout, color scheme, typography, and overall visual harmony.
• User Experience and Accessibility: How intuitive, engaging, and accessible the digital project is for its intended audience, including considerations for users with disabilities.
• Technical Execution: The proficiency of the technical build, including coding, use of platforms, and integration of various digital tools and systems.
• Functionality and Performance: The reliability, speed, and seamless functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Impact and Effectiveness: The success of the project in achieving its intended goals, such as user engagement, conversion rates, or educational value.
• Overall Experience: The holistic impact of the project on the user, considering how all elements work together to deliver a memorable, effective, and cohesive digital experience that resonates with the audience and leaves a lasting impression.

The NY Digital Awards and International Awards Associate Inc's decision are final in its sole discretion and binding in relation to all matters relating to Competitions and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.

Results Announcement:

All season 2 winners for 2026 will be announced on Nov 6, 2026 via NY Digital Awards official page. All registered participants can then login to see the winning works.

Prizes:

·      The Agency of the Year winners receive a complimentary limited-edition trophy and professionally designed certificate.

·      One professionally designed certificate commemorating the winning entry, which includes entry title, entering company/winners' name and category. Decal will be affixed indicating the level of win.

·      Top tier (Gold and Silver) winners will be featured on NY Digital Awards site's Gallery, where professionals can view your work.

·      A press release template sent to major industry outlets, celebrating your win.

·      Professionally designed logos for use on websites, in email signatures, etc.

·      In addition to the complimentary certificates, Gold, and Silver winners may purchase beautiful NY Digital Awards Awards statuettes, and/or additional customized certificates.

·      Platinum and Gold winners will get featured by NY Digital Awards on social media or our media partner on Muse.World's website.
