  1. 2 x A1 Sheets explaining the value proposition or the design (each PDF with at least 150dpi - Max. 20 MB)
  2. An optional 1-2 min Video explaining your design/concept (content in the video has been left to the participant's consideration)
  3. Participate in teams of 1-3 Individuals (Multiple Registrations Allowed using different Email IDs and Phone Numbers)
  4. The final PDF must be named 'team-.pdf' (for example, team-1234.pdf if your team code is '1234') and should be uploaded on Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive or any similar online file handler with 'Public Access' setting as 'Enabled'
  5. The final video must be named 'team- | Seek Fanatic Competition #thesissaward and uploaded as an 'Unlisted' video on YouTube (Choose 'Mark as not made for kids' while uploading)
  6. The content in sheets should be free of any plagiarism (except collages and human cutouts in renders)

The emphasis is on technical and aesthetic mastery, as well as the projects' relevance to current and future global challenges. Eligibility Requirements This competition is open to final-year architecture students graduating in 2025 and graduates who completed their studies in 2024 or earlier. To ensure every participant’s unique voice is recognized, the competition is strictly individual. Team Code Upon registration, participants will receive a unique 4-digit Team Code, such as "1234". This code serves as an order number during payment and remains the primary identifier throughout the competition.  Submission Scope Small-Scale Projects: These include residential buildings, pavilions, and modular structures.   Medium-Scale Designs: Examples include community centers, institutional buildings, and mixed-use developments.   Large-Scale Interventions: Submissions might address urban design, public transportation hubs, or master planning.   Experimental and Speculative Projects: Innovative concepts addressing adaptive reuse, futuristic challenges, or visionary ideas are encouraged.   Technological Innovation: Projects integrating smart systems, artificial intelligence, or advanced materials are also welcomed. Evaluation Criteria Conceptual Innovation (30 points) – Projects must demonstrate originality, creativity, and relevance to the design brief.   Design Excellence (30 points) – This includes visual appeal, functionality, and technical sophistication.   Sustainability (20 points) – Judges will evaluate environmentally conscious practices and resource efficiency.   Presentation (20 points) – The clarity and effectiveness of visual materials, narratives, and drawings will be considered. The projects with the highest total scores will be announced as winners. Awards and Recognition One Overall Winner will receive a trophy, cash prize, and international exposure.   Four Runners-Up will be honored with certificates of excellence and project features in esteemed architectural publications. All recognized entries will receive global visibility, connecting them with industry leaders and potential collaborators.
