2026 TITAN Property Awards: Season 2

This award is open to property developers, interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, advertisers, landscape designers, marketers, and individual service providers, from residential to commercial and local to international, who aim to improve our daily lives, implement sustainability, and preserve the environment.

Categories:
TITAN Property Awards Categories are divided into 8 award programs – Property Development, Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Conceptual Design, Lighting Design, Real Estate, Property Marketing and a category for Product Design.

Eligibility:
The TITAN Property Awards is open to: International builders, Interior Designers, Designers, Marketers, Agencies, Business Owner, Developers, Trade and Professional Associations, Public and Private Undertakings, Government and Semi-Government Departments, and even organizations and individual service providers and professionals who have made it big in the real estate sector.

Submission Requirement:
Established entries must be produced within the last FIVE (5) calendar years up through the final deadline.

All entries must be submitted for judging exactly as published or implemented and may not be modified for the competition. The TITAN Property Awards may request proof of initial production and / or publication date.

A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries. The award reserves the right to re-categorize incorrectly classified entries. Judges reserve the right to withhold an award in a category if submissions do not meet their expectations.

Entry Brief:
We recommend each synopsis to be kept within 350 words. Do utilize this section to elaborate on the piece as well as providing the jury with a better understanding of your subject. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

Image Submission:
The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

Winning Level:
There are FOUR (4) levels of achievement in the competition:

➡ Category Winners of the Year (Only ONE highest score from each category will be recognized.)
➡ Platinum - Average scores between 85 - 100
➡ Gold - Average scores between 70 - 84
➡ Silver - Average scores between 50 - 69

2026 S2 Entry Deadline & Fees:
Early Bird: May 15 - Jun 17, 2026 ($260)
Regular: Jun 18 - Jul 15, 2026 ($280)
Final: Jul 16 - Aug 19, 2026 ($300)
Final Extension: Aug 20 - Sep 16, 2026 ($320)

Results Announcement: Nov 6, 2026

Judging:
Judging is blind. All incoming information is removed from entries to prevent bias/conflict of interest.

All judges are selected based on experience, availability and credibility in their respective industry.
