SMPS-NY Hosts "The Power of Public Relations & Digital Marketing" Panel

Join The Society for Marketing Professional Services New York Chapter (SMPS-NY) for an informative panel discussion titled “The Power of Public Relations & Digital Marketing.” This event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from 5-7 pm at the beautiful Cosentino showroom, located at 150 E 58th Street, New York, NY 10155. 

The panel will feature insights from distinguished public relations and digital marketing experts. Additionally, attendees will gain perspectives from an esteemed editor of a renowned architecture and design publication. Together, the panelists will explore how effective public relations and digital marketing strategies can help architecture and design firms craft a positive image and establish unwavering trust and credibility with potential clients. They will delve into the innovative ways these strategies can be employed to promote a company’s services, ultimately enhancing brand awareness.

“Public relations and digital marketing are essential elements in building a reputable and trustworthy brand in the competitive AEC industry,” says Olivia S. Farquharson, President of SMPS-NY. “This panel discussion will give our members actionable insights and strategies to elevate their firms’ market presence.”

The panel discussion will provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic role of public relations in establishing and nurturing positive relationships with various stakeholders. Participants will learn about the transformative power of storytelling in generating positive brand awareness and exposure and how it can be effectively combined with digital marketing efforts to create a more impactful presence in the market.

The panel will include Caroline Saba, Vice President at UpSpring, Beth Miller, Vice President of Communications at STV, Susan Fernandez, Vice President of Digital Marketing at UpSpring, and AnnMarie Martin, the Editor-in-Chief of i+s Magazine. The panel will be moderated by Nathan Reyna, Media Relations & Content Specialist at Avison Young and Immediate Past President of SMPS-NY.
