In conjunction with the Small Houses x9 Tour, Rice Design Alliance will present a civic forum on the challenges and rewards of building small. Representatives from banking, development, and government sectors will discuss some of the issues that necessitate the trend towards smaller, more efficient houses. Architects and homeowners for the projects on the tour will be in the audience to ask questions and stimulate discussion. Admission is free and open to the public.
