"Art by Architects NYC was founded in 2018 to highlight the creative multimedia exploration of architects that is often hidden behind the daily efforts of creating the built environment as we know it. [...] Art by Architects has shown work from over 100 architects, professors and students of architecture, and interior designers from all over the New York metro area. It has brought together individuals from cross-disciplinary areas within the field of architecture and provided a place to celebrate each other’s creative processes outside of the office."

2026 AIA UK Design Awards - Call for Entries
Registration/Submission Deadline: Saturday, April 18, 2026

"We invite you and your team to submit your strongest work from the past three years. This year’s programme celebrates excellence across architecture, urban design, interiors, research, landscape, and related disciplines. We are seeking projects that show clear design intent, measurable impact, and a meaningful response to the environmental and social challenges shaping the built environment."

Douglas Haskell Award for Student Journals
Registration/Submission Deadline: Friday, June 12, 2026

"Founded to encourage student journalism on architecture, planning, and related subjects, and to foster regard for intelligent criticism among future professionals. The award is not intended as a prize for individuals, but to support the ongoing publication of student-edited journals whose subject matter could include architectural design, history, and theory."

Call for nominations: Tamayouz Women in Architecture and Construction Award 2026
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
Submission Deadline: Friday, July 31, 2026

"The Tamayouz Women in Architecture and Construction Award is an excellence award for women who have contributed to the fields of architecture and construction throughout the Near East and North Africa. The award consists of two categories: 1. Women of Outstanding Achievements: This category recognises the individual’s positive contribution to the field of architecture and the status of women in the field, as well as all other professional achievements and her lifelong commitment to the profession. 2. Rising Stars: This category recognises excellence in design, leadership, early career achievements and acknowledges the candidate’s bright future ahead."
