Results of the Wine Culture Centre Competition

Three winners and a host of Honorable Mentions have been announced in the Wine Culture Centre Competition. The contest challenged young architects to transform the old Cantina Valpolicella Negrar winery in Verona, Italy into a contemporary space for all aspects of wine culture. Overall the competition received 421 submissions from around the world.

The competition jury included:

  • Nicola Scaranaro (FOSTER+PARTNERS)
  • Alfonso Femia (5+1 AA)
  • Markus Scherer (MARKUS SCHERER ARCHITEKT)
  • Fiorenzo Valbonesi (ASV3)
  • Antonio Ravalli (ANTONIO RAVALLI ARCHITETTI)

FIRST PRIZE (8,000 €)

Team: TEAM V
Members: Dominik Košak, Rok Primažič, Ambrož Bartol, Miha Munda, Rok Staudacher

FIRST PRIZE: TEAM V

SECOND PRIZE (4,000 €)
