Winners of INNATUR 4

As research and technology advance, architects continue to blur the line between the built environment and nature. Back for its fourth edition, OPENGAP's INNATUR 4: Nature Interpretation Center ideas competition invited entrants around the globe to come up with new, minimally disruptive strategies that integrate architecture into a natural environment.

Out of 152 submissions this year, the jury of architects — Adolfo Peña Iguarán, María Elena de la Torre, and Pablo Zamudio — eventually selected three prize winners and four honorable mentions.

1ST PRIZE (2,500 Euro): Marina Levedaki, Elisania Michalopoulou | GREECE

2ND PRIZE (1,000 Euro): Songkai Liu, Yunfeng Sheng, Bowen Weng, Dingqi Zhou | CHINA

3RD PRIZE (500 Euro): Aitor Ibargüen Nuñez, Marta Lopez Tamayo, Oier Marcos Etxeandia, Imanol Buitron Sesar | SPAIN
