Visitors are flocking to Quebec's Reford Gardens to check out — and play — with enchanting, interactive landscape installations at the 2015 International Garden Festival. Now in its 16th year, the highly anticipated festival promotes dialogue between history and modernity and natural conservation through showcasing temporary and conceptual garden installations by landscape architects, architects, designers and artists worldwide.
The installations on display are the chosen winners in a fierce competition that concluded back in January. During the competition, the jury evaluated a total of 309 contemporary garden proposals by over 700 architects in 34 countries.
The festival will be open until September 27, 2015.
